Read moreGeoflex is a cutting-edge cloud service operator enhancing GPS/GNSS based applications with 4 centimeters positioning on land, at sea and in the air.
Geoflex’s hypergeolocation service is available globally since 2018. The service, which corrects the inherent inaccuracies of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (3 to 10 meters) is provided in real-time or in post processing. It works across all types of GNSS hardware receivers and includes correction data for all constellations: GPS, Glonass, Galileo and Beidou and for all their frequencies.
This groundbreaking technology was initially developed by the French space agency CNES in a research spanning 12 years. It is protected by 7 patents licensed exclusively to Geoflex, which, thanks to its 30 years team experience in GPS/GNSS, continues the co-development of the technology together with the CNES.
In addition to its core data service, Geoflex has developed a Positioning Engine which includes sensor fusion with a large variety of other technologies: inertial, optical, communications, as well as a hardware development kit, to answer all customer’s requirements.
Geoflex’s technology has received multiple awards: Chinese Academy of Sciences (2018), CES 2019 Innovation award, and Dubaï World Challenge for self driving transport (2019).
Geoflex provides universal hypergeolocation to a large number of use cases: trains, cars, vessels, drones, smartphones, robots, agriculture machinery and more. The company is working with leading worldwide players, private and public entities, in need of precise positioning to power and enhance their critical business processes.
The European GNSS Agency estimates that the market addressed by Geoflex (GNSS augmentation) will grow from €23 Billion in 2020 to €42 Billion in 2025.
The company has been founded in 2012 by serial entrepreneur and GNSS expert Romain Legros, and is supported by venture capital firm Demeter. Geoflex is headquartered in Massy-Palaiseau, near Paris, France.
